The 2004 Minneapolis Running of the Bullshitters is near!!!

The 4th Annual run starts at 7:30PM SHARP on Saturday, July 17th from Harvey's in downtown Minneapolis - 106 N. 3rd St. The 2004 route will consist of the same bars as last year. Included in the price of your official Bullshitter White T-shirt, is One Red Sash, One Bandanna, and Bullshitter drink specials at each bar (you must be wearing the official 2004 Bullshitter T-shirt!). Note: If you still have your Authentic Pamplona Sash from the Inaugural run, I suggest you wear that one as those are better than the ones we have made up.

Important - proper bull-running attire is required for the event. This consists of the 2004 Minneapolis Bullshitter white T-shirt, white pants (if you have them...khaki if not), a red sash for your waist and a red bandanna for your neck. So when you buy the T-shirt all you need to bring are your pants and running shoes! Shirts will be extremely limited on the day of the running, so please get yours in advance for $20 through one of the methods mentioned below. We will be distributing them during the week before the run.

What you must do to run with the Bullshitters. 3 things...
A) sign-up ASAP
B) pick-up and pay for your shirt
C) show up.

A) Click Yes on the Evite and include the names of you and your friends (assuming you're not coming along) OR click on "Invite More Friends" to send them an invite yourself.

B) T-shirts will mostly be distributed and paid for prior to July 17th to alleviate the chaos at Harveys and give you an opportunity to spice up your shirt in any way you please. Once you sign up, we will email you locations and times to pick up your shirt(s) during the week of the running. The bulls will collect $20 for each shirt when you pick it up.

C) Show up at Harvey's on July 17th at 7:30pm

This year we will have 7 total bulls for the run as we did last year. 5 permanent bulls and 2 new honorees for 2004. The honorees are chosen mostly because of their outlandish behavior during the last years running and their dedication to bullshitters.

Note: Please take a cab downtown for this event as Bullshitters can be a very intoxicating affair. We can't express it more to please be careful the on the night of the run. We want to keep the Bullshitters alive and well for many years to come, so lets keep it a fun and safe event for all and the establishments we visit. The local authorities frown upon open containers, so please lose them before heading out onto the streets. Please also be on the lookout for sharp horns because they will cause considerable harm.
